When ordering Mica Nozzle Heaters please specify the following.

	All Heaters designed in 230 volts AC, unless specified.
	Voltage will be half in case of two piece construction, unless specified.
	In case of 2 piece construction please specify voltage in both piece.

	Maximum suggested wattage calculated on basis of 25 Watt /Sq In
	For special wattage please contact us.
	In case of 2 piece construction please specify wattage in both piece.

Common Construction parameters for all Mica Band Heaters


	Electric Terminal Connections will be Provided with Chrome Nickel Steel protection caps at center of width
	either at 180 Deg opposite the Clamping or 90 deg from Clamping, unless specified.
	All Thermocouple Holes for Band Heaters (if required) will be Provided at center of width either at 180 Deg
	opposite the Clamping or 90 deg from Clamping. unless specified.
	All Band Heaters above Dia 60mm will be provided with Screw Stud Electric terminal connections covered
	with Chrome Nickel Steel Protection Caps.
	All Mica Band Heaters Below 60mm Dia will have Direct cable terminal along with Chrome Nickel Steel
	Protection Caps.
	Nozzle Heaters below 40mm Dia will NOT have Protection Caps for Terminals, but have Direct cable
	terminals between the metal sleeve. (Refer to Drg.).

	Tolerance: Diameter (-) 2mm; Length (+ / - ) 2mm ; Wattaqe (+/-) 5 %
